Agreement and Eligibility
By accessing StockDex Pro, you agree to these terms and any order form or beta agreement that applies to your organization. You must have authority to accept them for yourself or the organization you represent and be legally able to enter a binding agreement.
Accounts and Organization Access
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding access to your email and devices, and promptly reporting unauthorized use. Organization owners are responsible for inviting operators, assigning appropriate access, and the activity performed through their workspace.
The Service
StockDex Pro provides inventory, pricing workflow, QR labels, storefront, event, and sales-recording tools. Beta features may change, be unavailable, or contain errors. We may modify features to improve reliability, security, compliance, or product fit.
Your Data and Responsibilities
You retain ownership of the inventory records, images, notes, and other content you submit. You grant us the limited right to host, process, copy, and display that content as needed to provide and secure the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide it.
Pricing and Market Information
Prices, links, search results, catalog matches, grades, and model outputs are informational tools, not appraisals, guarantees, or financial advice. Markets change and third-party sources may be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for verifying card identity, condition, authenticity, price, taxes, and transaction terms before buying or selling.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to break the law; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; sell counterfeit or stolen goods; bypass access controls; probe another organization's data; introduce malicious code; scrape or overload the service; reverse engineer protected portions except where law permits; or use public pages to harass, deceive, or impersonate others.
Third-Party Services
StockDex Pro may link to or interoperate with catalog, search, marketplace, payment, authentication, and infrastructure providers. Their services and content are governed by their own terms. We do not control their availability, accuracy, or policy changes.
Fees
Private-beta fees, if any, are stated in a separate written agreement. Published production plans may change prospectively. Taxes and third-party payment-processing fees may apply when disclosed. We will not charge an undisclosed percentage of a card sale through the core inventory product.
Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for security risk, nonpayment, unlawful activity, material breach, or conduct that threatens the service or others. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export applicable data.
Disclaimers and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or uninterrupted operation. StockDex Pro LLC is not responsible for trading losses, misidentified or counterfeit cards, third-party marketplace decisions, connectivity failures, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount your organization paid us for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow every exclusion or limit, so parts of this section may not apply.
Governing Terms and Changes
An executed order form or beta agreement controls if it conflicts with these online terms. Otherwise, the laws of the jurisdiction where StockDex Pro LLC is organized govern, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms and will post a new effective date. Material changes will apply prospectively as required by law.
