Show us how your table works.

We are onboarding vendors individually during the private beta. A useful first conversation covers your inventory, labels, pricing sources, events, and checkout flow.

Request Founding Access

Start with your real operating setup.

This is a private-beta request, not an automatic signup. Tell us enough to understand whether the current workflow fits your table.

We store these details to review your request and contact you about founding access. No payment is collected and no account is created here. See our Privacy Policy.

What We Map First

Private-Beta Questions

The practical questions come first.

The beta is for learning how StockDex Pro holds up at real vendor tables. These answers avoid promising compatibility or availability before it has been verified.

Who is the private beta for?

Physical card vendors who manage asking prices, labels, inventory, and negotiated sales. StockDex Pro is not positioned as a collector portfolio tracker.

Is the market price live?

No. Public examples are source-attributed, dated nightly snapshots for workflow demonstration. They are not live quotes, appraisals, or offers. The vendor controls the asking price shown to a buyer.

Will I need to replace my current hardware?

Hardware requirements are still being validated during the private beta. Tell us which printer, scanner, phones, and label stock you use so compatibility can be evaluated before an invitation.

Can I start with existing inventory?

That depends on the format and condition of your current records. The onboarding conversation maps your present inventory and label process before any migration path is promised.

What happens after I request access?

Your request is added to our founding-access list for individual review. It does not create an account, collect payment, or guarantee an invitation. If the request service is unavailable, the form offers a completed email draft instead.
